DAY OF COORDINATION

Day of Coordination PLUS extra guidance along the way! Perfect  for you if you want a helping hand in the planning process and a "no worries" Wedding Day!​

  • Two Pre-Wedding Consultations (3 months & 4 weeks from date) 

  • Custom Timeline creation and distribution to vendors 

  • Contract Review

  • Ceremony & Reception Floorplan review

  • 10 hours of on-site service includes:

    • Point of contact for Couple, Wedding Party & Family, and greet/liaison for Vendors​

    • Set-Up/Decorating of items provided by Couple

    • Run Day Of Ceremony Rehearsal in coordination with Officiant/DJ/Musicians

    • Manage Timeline and initiate cues for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Grand Entrance, Speeches, First Dances, etc. 

    • Complete all Day Of Coordination tasks

  • Lead Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator (as needed) 

  • Unlimited email communication from time of booking

  • Cleanup available for add-on

THE ESSENTIALS COORDINATION

Sweet and simple Coordination of the basics- perfect if you've done the planning and are ready to pass the details to a trusted Wedding professional!​

  • One Pre-Wedding Consultations (4-6 weeks from date) 

  • Custom Timeline creation and distribution to vendors  

  • 8 hours of on-site service (point of contact and initiates wedding day cues)

    • Point of contact for Couple, Wedding Party & Family, and greet/liaison for Vendors​

    • Day Of Ceremony Rehearsal in coordination with Officiat/DJ/Musicians

    • Manage Timeline and initiate cues for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Grand Entrance, Speeches, First Dances, etc. 

    • Complete all Day Of Coordination tasks

  • Unlimited email communication from time of booking

Add-Ons / A La Carte

  • Custom Coordination Hours: $75/hour, up to 8 hours (perfect for micro weddings or low guest counts!)

  • Decoration/Set-Up: Begins at $400

    • Up to 3 hours of set-up and decorating of ceremony and reception space, welcome tables, etc.​

  • Clean-Up/Tear Down: $250

    • Up to 2 hours of clean up service of items/decor not provided by other vendors. ​

  • Rehearsal Facilitation (if not held day-of): $100 

  • Timeline Creation: $150

    • One Wedding Consultation and development of custom Wedding Day and Wedding Party Timelines

Please note: Add-ons do not include the set-up or tear down of  tables and chairs, lighting, dancefloor, or staging installations, food handeling and bussing or trash removal.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required for all service bookings; the deposit will be deducted from your final cost due 2 weeks prior to event date.

Booking Process: A signed contract and deposit payment is required to reserve your wedding services. All dates are first come, first serve until an executed contract has been established.

Travel Reimbursement: No mileage fees; only requested reimbursement of 1-night Hotel accomodations if venue is greater than 75 miles one-way from Buffalo, MN 55313.

Limitations: Packages and services do not include set-up or teardown of tables and chairs, light hanging, draping or dance floor installation, bussing tables or trash removal, or service completion of other hired vendors.

Communication: Emails and inquiries will be responded to within 2 business days.
